This site is for the submission of information about invertebrate collections that have already been accepted for integration into the main collections of the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.

To assist us in processing your invertebrate collection, please fill in the information requested in this form. If you'd like to see examples of existing collection information, see:

Some collections may not be as complex as others, so please fill in whatever information you feel is appropriate for your collection.

Documentation or images associated with your collection should be sent to us separately (not through this form).
